The FREE LOANER CAR PROGRAM is intended to provide motorists with FREE*
transportation while collision work is performed at Precision Body & Paint, Inc.

The program provides qualified motorists with up to 50 FREE miles/day. An
additional fee of 10 cents/mile fee applies thereafter.

The following applicable Loaner Charges apply to conditions that fall outside the
intended norm and scope of the FREE* Loaner Car Program. (Please see the
Loaner Contract for complete details - available at Precision Body & Paint.)

Applicable Loaner Charges

Charges Explained
If loaner is used and collision liability changes from you or your insurance
company while repairs are being completed or after further legal insurance
negotiations (subrogation) (regardless if repairs are being or have been
completed) Precision reserves the right to recover any rental reimbursement

Gas Shortage . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $10 for each 1/8 tank
Charges Explained
Upon return, loaner cars must be brought back with the same amount of gas,
otherwise gas shortages are charged at a rate of $8 for each 1/8 of tank.

Insurance Approval . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $20/day
Charges Explained
Precision must receive insurance approval for repair before loaner is made
available. In special situations where immediate transportation is needed
before insurance approval and/or parts are available, Precision will charge
$20/day for Loaner use.

Late Return . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $20/day
Charges Explained
If for any reason you choose not to return the loaner before 6:00pm on the
day your vehicle's repairs are completed, Precision reserves the right to
charge $20/day plus 10 cents per mile until loaner is returned.

This includes situations where
minor trim parts (not affecting safety or drive-ability) are unavailable at the
time of delivery. Should this happen, customer agrees to return the loaner
and have those parts installed when they arrive or pay $20/day
usage fee until the loaner is returned.

Mileage Excess . . . . . . . . . . . 50 FREE miles/day - 15 cents ea. additional mile
Charges Explained
Precision loaners are intended to provide work or local weekend transportation
and allow up to 50 FREE miles/day, a 15 cent/mile charge applies thereafter.

Rental Coverage/ Reimbursement . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $20/day
Charges Explained
If customer uses loaner and rental coverage exists from any source or if customer is
compensated in any manner for vehicle rental from any source (including collision
liability changes while repairs are being completed or after further legal insurance
negotiations (subrogation) (regardless if repairs are being or have been completed)
Precision reserves the right to recover any rental reimbursement or charge $20/day
for the loaner car retroactive day one of use.

Parking Citations & Other Accumulated Charges. . $ amount will be billed to customer
Charges Explained
All accumulated charges, including parking citations and/or other fines or
charges levied against the loaner car will become part of the uninsured
portion of the repair job and must be paid before delivery or removal of
customer's vehicle. After repair agreements are reached with the insurance
company and repairs completed, any unpaid portion will be charged to
customer's credit card.

Charges Explained
If loaner car is used before parts are available, customer will be charged
$20/day for loaner use until parts arrive. If structural and/or mechanical
backorder parts prevent job from being completed, customer will be charged
$20/day until parts are received.

Pets Not Allowed in Loaner . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $250 flat fee
Charges Explained
In consideration of others who may be asthmatic or allergic to animal hair
or dander . . . PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE PRECISION LOANER. If
animals have been allowed in the loaner car, customer will be charged for
necessary cleanup.

Physical Damage to Loaner . . . customer pays deductible or damage amount
Charges Explained
If loaner is damaged or wrecked while in customer's possession, customer is
responsible to pay any portion of the repairs or loss of use his/her
insurance company fails to pay to return the vehicle to road ready pre-loss
condition.

Smoking . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $250 flat fee

In consideration of others who may be asthmatic or allergic to smoking . . .
SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN PRECISION LOANERS. If loaner has
been smoked in, customer will be charged for necessary cleanup.

Total Loss . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $20/day
Charges Explained
If for any reason customer uses a loaner and chooses not have their vehicle
repaired at Precision or it is declared a "Total Loss," customer will be
charged $20/day for the total number of days loaner is used.
